Our dear friend Michael's yesterday, on 15 February 2011, died in Brunswick following a serious illness. She has long fought but unfortunately lost. Mic, your courage, your joy and your courage We will always remember.
Mic and I had known since 1969. We had met through a correspondence service of the BBC and us in the fall of 1990 for the first time met in person. Over the years our friendship grew deeper. As a start Mic years ago had to fight her serious illness, when it was getting worse with time, we were her only cross our fingers and cajole. It is this impotence that can depress a person. We are sad.
